    Beautiful setting, the only worthwhile stop in Phelps. Great wine, beer, cider selection with local picks in rotation. Burgers are a yes! The meat appears to be locally sourced. The pizza is a no, which is a shame because they do it in a brick oven. Local musicians on weekends.

    The Wine Bar serves Finger Lakes wine and craft beer, great food, including woodfired pizza! Add live music, your friends and family and its a great place to take off the edge.
