  One of my absolute favorite places to eat at! If you ever find yourself in Phelps, NY definitely make it a point to stop at the Old Mill, it's one of the best places to eat in the area especially if you like really flavorful ice cream.
  
  My favorite part is probably the waffle cones you can get for your ice cream, which even taste home made to me at least. Whatever the case, you won't regret coming here!

  Wonderful eatery on the side of the road. You could call it a hidden gem, but it's in plain sight. If you drive into Phelps headed westbound, you have seen it. Next time swing in, it's totally worth a quick bite. Many menu options of a typical hamburger and hots joint. Prices are low and taste us great.
